Breakfast items need better attention
The breakfast was a treat—plenty of options to start our day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the spacious suite allowed my family to relax comfortably.
However, the cleanliness was a concern. We found fingerprints on surfaces, and the bed could have been made better. A few breakfast items were constantly running low, too.

The hotel has a nice gym and a variety of selections for breakfast.
During my stay, I found the room cleanliness to be unsatisfactory. There were multiple stains on the sofa bed and the main beds' cover, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom faucet was broken and just hanging, adding to my overall frustration with the maintenance of the facilities.

great walking access to parks and dining options nearby
My stay was enjoyable thanks to the king suite that offered excellent space for relaxing and the nearby Cleveland Metroparks, which is less than 4 km away, making it easy to enjoy some fresh air and nature while exploring the beautiful trails. also, the only a few steps away dining choices like Outback Steakhouse made it super convenient for grabbing meals after a long day of sightseeing and walking around the area.

The breakfast was exceptional, featuring freshly brewed coffee that left a great impression. The room was a good size for family life, making our two-night stay comfortable. However, it was disappointing to find that the bed wasn’t properly made upon arrival, and some breakfast items were empty during the morning rush. Additionally, despite its size, the work-out room felt cramped at peak times.

The queen suite offered ample space for my family, perfect for a group of five with a baby. We loved the convenient walk-in closet and the layout made it easy to move around. The breakfast selection impressed me — oatmeal and fresh coffee were highlights. I appreciated how the staff helped with our requests. However, the cleanliness was an issue. there were stains on the sofa bed and the mini fridge had a bad odor. The indoor pool was nice, but it seemed to need more attention as it appeared less clean than expected. The sliding bathroom door lacked a lock, which felt uncomfortable, but it didn’t ruin our stay. A couple of breakfast items ran out quickly during peak hours, and the workout room felt cramped at times. Overall, the value for the price was decent, but improvements in housekeeping and pool maintenance would enhance future stays.

The stay was pleasant overall, especially with the spacious queen suite that accommodated my family nicely. The breakfast selection was impressive, with oatmeal being a standout for me. However, the cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired, as it had some fingerprints on surfaces and the mini fridge had an unpleasant odor. The indoor pool was clean but closed for maintenance, which was disappointing for my granddaughter.

The breakfast spread was absolutely incredible—talk about setting the tone for the day! The oatmeal had that homemade touch, making it feel like a warm hug. Plus, the spacious suite had a dedicated workspace, a must for any family on the go. Really felt like a cozy retreat!
Now, let's keep it real—the pool was looking a bit rough and the hot tub? Let’s just say it wasn’t a spa experience. A fix here could really polish the vibe!
